The Caiano vineyard lies in the heart of Tuscany, between Siena and the village Castelnuovo Berardenga. The estate, which is 110 acres, produces the well-known Chianti Classico wine, sunflowers, and olive oil. The estate is also involved in agrotourism through letting premises to tourists, and for courses and conferences, board meetings and group meetings. Special services/ excursions for groups, companies etc. can be organised by arrangement.
The vineyard Caiano lies in a peaceful setting on a ridge with wonderful views of the Tuscan landscape with its undulating hills, olive groves, sunflowers and vines, and with the towers of Siena far-off. Sited in the heart of Tuscany, the vineyard is an ideal base for excursions.
The nearest airport is Florence, about 100 km to drive. It is also possible to go to Pisa (2 hours to drive), Bologna (2,5 hours to drive) or Rome (3 hours to drive). We recommend to dispose a car under the stay. You can rent a car from the vineyard, either a minibus with 9 seats or an estate car with 5 seats, and we can also arrange for the transport to and fro the airport.
